Pixel is a new audio visual consultancy brand that delivers meeting, presentation and collaboration solutions for the modern workplace.
THE STORY
How many meetings have you been to where the tech in the room is rubbish and causes either stress or the meeting to over-run? Too many.
The strategy behind Pixel was to create a professional audio visual brand to do what an alarmingly large amount of technology manufacturers fail to do. Communicate the benefits of the products within a real-world context for 2016 and beyond.
The team behind Pixel are industry veterans (and we have a huge amount of experience in the sector too) but building a new brand in a saturated professional technology market in 2016 is difficult.
THE PROJECT + OUR WORK
One of the main considerations for the meeting room of today is that it often is not a room at all. With a proliferation of devices, data and content spread across user’s devices and the cloud, we had to delve into the entire purpose of a meeting and the concept of collaboration. We delivered 3 core pillars of the meeting experience – context, content and users to help root the content strategy then expanded these ideas to help with information architecture and content creation.
The challenge started at the early phases of business formation, including a full go-to-market strategy. This included market identification, brand naming, user need mapping, product portfolio creation and more. The site specification was to act as a consultative decision-tree, without necessarily asking the questions directly in a “specify my meeting room” style program/app within the page.

WHAT THE CLIENT THINKS
GREAT IDEAS WITH EXCEPTIONAL DELIVERY
It was great to work with Matter on, what started out as, an incredibly undefined brief. They understood the product, proposition and marketplace perfectly – which meant the whole process was so much easier for us. We felt they really added value, rather than needed instructing and hand-holding every step of the way.
